The official wedding countdown is now at 43 days!
Being a wedding planner while planning my own wedding is definitely a blessing and a curse. I obviously have had an easier time making decisions for my overall wedding style. But I have no time to work on the projects I'd like to! I'm crossing my fingers and hoping the luminaries and candy bar decor will make themselves...
The invitations were mailed out right before Christmas. Only one was returned, and it was at the fault of the USPS. Here's the invitation template:
The Bridemaid gifts are partially assembled--so glad I started on those early! I'll share pictures after the wedding. I don't want to ruin the surprise for the girls.
The month of January brings our final premarital counseling session, finalizing of our menu, bachelor(ette) parties, and linens (ohhh, I still have to choose linens...), and probably a trip to Costco to choose candy for the candy bar.
The long-range weather report for our wedding date changed from "Snowstorms with snow up to 10 inches" to "sunny and mild". Not that this means much, since we're still over a month away, but it helps my nerves some!
